What we collect
- Contact details: your name, phone number, email address and your town, Eircode or address.
- Repair details: what needs fixing and any description you give us.
- Photos of your windows and doors that you send us by WhatsApp, email or the online form.
- Job records if you go ahead: parts ordered, invoices and payments.
We don't collect more than we need to price and carry out your repair.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a price. These are steps you ask us to take before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To carry out the repair and order the parts it needs. This is needed to carry out our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b)).
- To keep accounts and tax records. The law requires this (Article 6(1)(c)).
- To show our work. We'll only publish photos of your home on our website or social media with your permission (Article 6(1)(a)), and you can withdraw it at any time.
We won't send you marketing messages unless you've asked for them, and we never sell your data.
Who we share it with
- Netlify, which hosts this website and passes form enquiries to us.
- Google (Gmail), which we use for email, and WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there.

How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't go ahead: [12 months] after our last contact, then deleted.
- Customer job and invoice records: [6 years], to meet Irish tax and accounting rules.
